Prefer ecological products

Using non-ecological products can be harmful to the wood and surrounding plantations. We recommend that you use environmentally friendly products that will not harm the greenery. Once you have wiped your entire wooden deck with the cleaner, it is essential to dry it with a cloth. Taking the time to dry the wood will not rot in the long run and keep its splendour.

Cleaning between the wood planks

Make sure you scrape the space between the wood boards on your deck with a spatula at least once during the summer. This way, you’ll get rid of lots of dirt.

How to clean moss-filled? 

What should you do if green moss has started to take up space in your outdoor space? Keep in mind that not all woods react in the same way. Here are a few products that will allow you to remove moss from your wooden terrace. Of course, we advise you to apply the product to an inconspicuous area to ensure that the wood reacts well.

For best results, use a broom and rinse with water afterward. Here are a few products:

• Citric acid;
• Sodium bicarbonate;
• Powder detergent for the dishwasher;
• Black soap;
• High-pressure cleaner.

How to protect your outdoor space? 

It is preferable not to place wrought iron outdoor furniture directly on the wood. They can leave stains that will take several hours to remove. Knowing that oil has the unfortunate tendency to blacken the wood, we do not recommend that you use it on your wooden deck. If it starts to give off nauseating odours, put baking soda on the wood, scrub, rinse and dry.

After cleaning, it is time to take a seat on the terrace.
