Buying process

How to make an order?

  1. Browse the online catalogue and add items to the shopping cart.
  2. To complete your order, click on the “View my cart” button. You will see the list of items you have selected and the sub-total amount of your purchase. You may delete an item, decide to ”continue shopping” or proceed to ”Checkout” if you are satisfied with your selection.
  3. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information. If you already have an account with us, you can log in to continue the checkout process. You will be redirected to the payment page.
  4. Choose your shipping preference to see the final amount of your purchase,including the shipping fee and all applicable taxes. You may choose to pick up your items directly at the store at no charge or request for delivery. Standard shipping costs are indicated in the tables below.
  5. If you accept our offer, proceed with payment using a credit card.
  6. If the transaction succeeds, an invoice will be issued. Please take note of the invoice number. This number will be requested if you call our team for a follow up. You will also receive a confirmation by email with a summary of your purchase.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation ?

First check your junk mail box. If our email is there, be sure to remove it and put it back in your incoming mail box. Please add our email address to your safe list to ensure to receive our updates in your regular mail box.

There is also a possibility that your email address was not entered correctly when you checked out, or that we do not have your current email address on file if your are a registered customer. In any case,please contact our team who will be pleased to help you resolve this issue.

How long does it take for my order to be processed ?

On business days, orders are processed within 48 hours following the transaction.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

For all items in stock, you can modify or cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible after you received your email confirmation.

For items that are not in stock or if you bought a custom made item following your own specifications, we will contact you to let you know when to expect for delivery. You will be able at that moment to cancel your order. But if you decide to proceed, you will not be able to cancel or exchange these items later on.


You can pay for your purchases using VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. We also offer financing plans with ACCORD D. Please call us if you need more information about ACCORD D.

What is a credit card’s verification number (CVN)?

This is the 3-digit number written on the back of your credit card. This extra protection is to ensure that you have your credit card on hand in order to prevent fraudulent use of credit card numbers.

Will I pay taxes?

All applicable federal and provincial sales taxes will be added to your bill excepted if you are ordering from outside of Canada.


All parcels are shipped with reliable companies such as Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator and Vachon Transport. In order for you to be able to follow up on your shipment, an email providing the shipping company tracking number, website address and phone number will be sent to you for each shipment. Please do not hesitate to contact us as well if you have any inquiry about your delivery.

Additional fees may apply if you live in a remote area requiring special delivery services. If you order from the USA, we will take care of custom brokerage fees and import taxes. In any case, we will contact you to inform you and collect these charges before shipping. You can also pick up your order at our facility for free. Just advise us before shipping if you changed your mind.


Expect 1 to 7 working days for delivery in Quebec and Ontario, and one or two weeks in the rest of Canada and continental USA. There are no delivery during week-ends and holidays. In all cases, we will let you know the expected delivery time when we confirm you order.

If a particular item is not in stock, there could be an additional 2 to 3 weeks of delay. Custom made items may take up to 6-7 weeks before they are made and delivered. If for any reason expected delivery time does not meet your expectation, you will be able to cancel your order when we let you know about expected time for delivery.
