If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed. We accept exchange or refund for a period of 7 days* after delivery. The return of items is at the expense of the customer. Freight is not reimbursable
Items must be returned in their original condition, whitout having been used or assembled. Any damaged product or presenting obvious evidence of use will not be exchanged nor refunded. An administrative fee will be applicable to any refund on 500$ and more on sale items in the LE BALCONIER online store.
Items with the mention ¨Final sale¨, ¨Liquidation¨, ¨Floor sample¨ or ¨Sold as is¨ are not exchangeable nor refundable. Items that are ¨Sold as is¨are sold without warranty.

* The 7-day period is calculated from the delivery and return dates as shown on receipts of freight companies used by LE BALCONIER and the client.
